The Mini Jewellery Laser Welding Machine 200W is a compact YAG laser welding system designed for precision repair, joining, and restoration work on jewellery and small metal components. It is suitable for professional workshops that handle gold, silver, platinum, titanium, palladium, aluminium, copper, and other precious or rare metals.
With 200W laser power, 1064nm wavelength, and up to 60J pulse energy, this machine is built for controlled spot welding, seam welding, hole filling, fracture repair, and detailed metal restoration. The concentrated welding area helps reduce heat impact on the workpiece, making it suitable for delicate jewellery repairs where shape, surface quality, and appearance need to be preserved.
The machine includes a 10X microscope and built-in CCD camera for dual-display positioning, allowing users to observe the welding area clearly while working on fine details such as claw feet, inlaid parts, rings, frames, and small metal assemblies.
200W YAG laser welding machine for jewellery and precision metal repair
1064nm laser wavelength
Maximum pulse energy up to 60J
Adjustable pulse width from 0.1–10 ms
Adjustable welding spot range from 0.1–3 mm
Dual observation with 10X microscope and CCD camera
Built-in 4L food-grade stainless steel water tank cooling system
Suitable for gold, silver, platinum, titanium, copper, aluminium, palladium, and other metals
This machine is designed for small-area welding tasks where accuracy is more important than high heat output. It can be used for hole filling, fracture repair, spot welding, seam welding, inlay repair, and claw foot restoration on jewellery and metal ornaments.
The adjustable spot size allows users to control the welding area according to the workpiece, helping repair small details without affecting the surrounding material more than necessary.
With 200W laser power and a maximum pulse energy of 60J, this model provides stronger welding capability for users who need more output than lower-power jewellery welding machines. It is suitable for workshops handling a wider range of repair jobs, thicker sections, or metals that require higher pulse energy.
The pulse width can be adjusted from 0.1–10 ms, while the operating frequency range of 1–15Hz allows users to tune the welding behavior according to the material and repair type.
Laser welding focuses energy into a small welding area, helping reduce workpiece deformation and surface damage compared with traditional welding methods. This is especially useful for jewellery repair, eyeglass frame repair, dental prosthesis-related work, and delicate metal components where controlled heat input is important.
The observation system includes a 10X high-definition microscope and built-in high-definition CCD camera. Both allow users to observe the welding position, making it easier to align the laser accurately on small and detailed workpieces.
This dual observation setup helps improve control during fine repair work, especially when working on small jewellery details or precision metal parts.
The machine is equipped with a gas valve function that outputs protective gas in sync with the laser. This helps reduce oxidation at the weld spot and supports a cleaner, more refined finish after welding.
Protective gas use is especially useful when working on jewellery and polished metal surfaces where the final appearance matters.
The machine includes an eye gate function that automatically blocks light output observation in sync with the laser. This helps reduce eye irritation during welding work.
As this is a laser welding machine, proper training, suitable eye protection, correct operation, and safe workshop practices must always be followed.
The machine is designed with an integrated optical and circuit layout in a compact body. It includes signal detection functions to help users identify operating issues more easily, while the internal layout is designed to support maintenance access.
The operation interface supports multiple languages, including Chinese and English.
