Please provide only information needed for the request. Do not send us banking passwords, one-time passwords, full card numbers or card security codes by message or email.

• To send relevant order, delivery, payment or support updates and stock notifications you request.

No promotional email or WhatsApp campaigns

ZENIX does not send promotional emails or promotional WhatsApp messages. Our direct communications relate to product enquiries, purchases, payments, delivery, requested stock notifications and after-sales support.

Advertising through platforms such as Facebook and Instagram is separate from direct promotional messaging. The advertising-data uses below still apply even though we do not run email or WhatsApp promotional campaigns.

Manufacturers and repair partners

ZENIX does not pass your customer contact details to manufacturers or partner repair businesses for warranty claims. We coordinate a claim using the relevant technical information, such as the product model, serial number and reported fault.

If you choose to contact or attend a partner repair business directly, you may provide information to that business yourself for its booking or service process. That is separate from ZENIX sharing your contact details.

Delivery, payment and website services

A courier receives the recipient and address information needed to deliver an order. Payment providers process the information needed to complete or refund a transaction under their own payment and privacy terms. Website hosting and technical providers process information needed to run and maintain the store.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to deal with fraud, a security incident or a legal claim. We limit service-related information sharing to the relevant purpose.

Advertising platforms and Meta tools

ZENIX shares customer information and relevant website or purchase activity with advertising platforms such as Meta for advertising measurement and matching. This can help associate a website interaction or purchase with an advertising account and measure campaign performance.

Depending on the enabled tools and event, shared information can include customer identifiers, such as email address or phone number used for matching, product interactions, purchase value and browser or device identifiers. Some matching information may be sent in a hashed form. A hashed identifier can still be used by a platform for matching; it should not be understood as a guarantee of anonymous processing.

Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Google tracking or advertising code is also present on the website. Information processed by the relevant Google service is covered by the Google Privacy Policy; the information used depends on the service and configuration.

Cookies and available choices

The website uses cookies and related technologies for functions such as sessions, account sign-in and the shopping cart, and for enabled analytics and advertising tools.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and review the privacy or advertising choices offered by the relevant platform. Restricting cookies can affect website features.
