The Mini Jewellery Laser Welding Machine 100W is a compact YAG laser welding system designed for precision repair, joining, and restoration work on jewellery and small metal components. It is suitable for workshops that need accurate spot welding, seam welding, hole filling, fracture repair, and detailed repair work on precious metal items.
With a 1064nm laser wavelength, up to 45J pulse energy, and adjustable 0.1–3 mm spot size, the machine is built for controlled welding on small workpieces where precision and low heat impact are important. Compared with traditional welding methods, laser welding helps reduce heat-affected areas and minimize workpiece deformation, making it especially useful for delicate jewellery restoration.
The machine is equipped with a 10X microscope and built-in CCD camera for dual-display positioning. This allows users to clearly observe the welding area while working on fine details such as inlaid parts, claw foot repairs, rings, frames, and small metal assemblies.
100W YAG laser welding machine for jewellery and small metal parts
1064nm laser wavelength
Maximum pulse energy up to 45J
Adjustable pulse width from 0.1–10 ms
Adjustable welding spot range from 0.1–3 mm
Dual observation with 10X microscope and CCD camera
Built-in 2.5L stainless steel water tank cooling system
Suitable for gold, silver, platinum, titanium, copper, aluminium, and other metals
This machine is designed for detailed jewellery welding applications, including hole filling, crack repair, spot welding, seam welding, inlaid part repair, and claw foot restoration. The adjustable laser spot allows users to focus energy on small areas, helping repair delicate jewellery without applying excessive heat to the surrounding surface.
This makes it suitable for repairing rings, chains, bracelets, pendants, eyeglass frames, dental components, and other small precision metal parts.
Laser welding concentrates energy into a small area, reducing the overall heat impact on the workpiece. This helps minimize deformation, surface damage, and discoloration compared with traditional welding methods.
For jewellery repair, this is especially important when working near detailed designs, stones, claws, edges, and thin metal sections.
The machine includes a 10X high-definition microscope and built-in high-definition CCD camera. Both can be used to observe the welding position, making it easier to align the laser accurately on small or detailed workpieces.
This dual observation setup supports more confident operation during fine repair work and helps improve accuracy when working on small parts.
The built-in gas valve function can output protective gas in sync with the laser. This helps protect the weld area from oxidation and supports cleaner, more attractive weld spots.
Protective gas use is especially helpful when working with metals that require a cleaner surface finish after welding.
The machine includes an eye gate function that automatically blocks observation in sync with laser output. This helps reduce eye irritation during welding work and improves safety during operation.
Proper laser safety procedures, protective eyewear, and correct training should still be followed at all times.
The machine is designed with a compact body while maintaining strong welding power. Its integrated optical and circuit design, internal layout, and signal detection function help make operation and maintenance more practical for jewellery workshops and repair environments.
The operating interface supports multiple languages, including Chinese and English.
The machine can weld a wide range of precious, rare, and common metals, including:
Gold
Silver
Alloys
Copper
Iron
Platinum
Aluminium
Titanium
Palladium
Other suitable precious and rare metals
