The CW3000 TG is designed to circulate cooling water through the CO2 laser tube and release heat through its internal radiator and fan system. This helps prevent heat buildup during laser operation and supports more consistent laser output.
Since this model is a passive cooling unit, it does not actively refrigerate water below room temperature. Its cooling performance depends on ambient room temperature, ventilation, laser power, and machine usage time.
This chiller is suitable for CO2 laser engraving machines using DC glass laser tubes up to 80W. It is commonly used with laser engraving and cutting machines for acrylic, wood, MDF, leather, rubber, paper, and other compatible CO2 laser materials.
For higher-power laser tubes, long continuous cutting jobs, or hot workshop environments, a compressor-based model such as CW5000 or CW5200 may be more suitable.
The 9L water tank provides a dedicated cooling water supply for the laser tube. The chiller continuously circulates water through the laser system, helping maintain a more controlled operating condition compared with basic bucket-and-pump setups.
Proper water quality and regular water changes are important for protecting both the chiller and the laser tube.
