ANTINSKY ACF Release Film is an upgraded vat film designed for LCD, MSLA, and SLA resin 3D printers. Compared with standard FEP and nFEP films, ACF film is made to provide lower release force, improved durability, and more reliable layer separation during printing.

Lower Release Force

ACF film is designed to reduce the force required to separate each cured resin layer from the vat film. This smoother release helps reduce stress on the printed model, supports better adhesion to the build plate, and can improve print success, especially on larger prints.

Lower release resistance can also reduce the waiting time between layers, making ACF film suitable for faster resin printing workflows when used with compatible printer settings.

Stronger and More Durable Film

With a thickness of 0.3 mm, ANTINSKY ACF Film is thicker than typical nFEP film. This added thickness helps improve tensile strength and resistance to cracking, giving the film better durability during repeated print cycles.

Proper installation, careful cleaning, and avoiding sharp tools on the film surface are important for maintaining long-term performance.

High Light Transmittance

The film provides up to 92% UV light transmittance, allowing curing light to pass through efficiently during printing. Although the film is thicker than nFEP, it maintains strong light transmission for accurate curing and detailed model reproduction.

Correct exposure calibration is recommended after replacing the release film, as exposure settings may vary depending on printer model, resin type, film condition, and layer height.

Better Print Quality for Large Models

ACF film offers excellent peeling performance with reduced deformation during layer release. This helps support cleaner details, smoother surfaces, and more stable printing results on larger resin models.

Important Installation Note

The smooth release side is covered with a blue protective film and must be removed before use. The smooth side should face the resin inside the vat.

The frosted back side should face the LCD screen. Before removing the protective film or installing the ACF film, place it flat on a clean table to avoid creases, dust, fingerprints, or surface damage.

Cleaning and Maintenance

After printing, clean the film gently using suitable resin cleaning methods. Do not scrape the surface with sharp tools, and avoid applying strong pressure to the film.

Replace the film if it becomes punctured, cloudy, deeply scratched, loose, creased, or damaged, as worn release film can cause print failures or resin leakage.
