ANTINSKY PFA (nFEP) Film is a replacement release film designed for LCD, MSLA, and SLA resin 3D printer vats. It is made for users who want smoother layer release, improved durability, and consistent resin printing performance over repeated print cycles.
Compared with standard FEP film, nFEP offers lower release force, helping printed layers separate more smoothly from the vat film during each lift movement. This can improve print reliability, reduce peeling stress, and support cleaner results, especially when printing larger models or using large-format resin printers.
With high UV light transmittance and strong heat resistance, ANTINSKY nFEP Film helps maintain detail quality while providing a durable surface for regular resin printing. After each print, the film can be cleaned carefully and reused for the next printing project.
PFA / nFEP release film for resin 3D printer vats
Suitable replacement film for compatible LCD, MSLA, and SLA printers
Up to 95% UV light transmittance
Lower release force compared with standard FEP film
Helps improve print success and surface detail
Strong heat resistance up to 260°C working temperature
Melting point up to 305°C
Suitable for large-format resin printing applications
During resin printing, each cured layer must separate cleanly from the vat film. ANTINSKY nFEP Film is designed to reduce release force compared with standard FEP film, allowing the printed layer to peel away more smoothly during lifting.
This smoother release can help reduce stress on the printed model, improve print stability, and lower the chance of failed prints caused by excessive suction or sticking.
The film provides high UV light transmittance, allowing curing light to pass through efficiently during printing. Better light transmission helps support accurate layer curing, fine detail reproduction, and consistent model quality.
This is especially important for detailed resin models, miniatures, dental models, prototypes, and prints that require sharp surface features.
ANTINSKY nFEP Film is made from upgraded PFA material designed for stronger durability than traditional FEP film. Its improved tensile strength and crack resistance help extend film life when used correctly.
Proper vat cleaning, careful model removal, and avoiding sharp tools on the film surface are important for maintaining long-term performance.
Because of its lower peeling force, nFEP film is especially useful for larger resin printers and bigger models. It helps reduce the force needed to release each layer, which can improve printing reliability and reduce noise during the peel process.
For large-area prints, correct exposure settings, lift speed, support structure, and resin choice are still important for successful results.
The film offers higher heat resistance than standard FEP, with a listed stable working temperature of up to 260°C and melting point up to 305°C. This provides strong thermal stability during normal resin printing workflows.
After printing, the film should be cleaned gently using suitable resin cleaning methods. Avoid scratching the surface, pressing sharp tools against the film, or using excessive force during cleaning.
If the film becomes cloudy, damaged, deeply scratched, loose, or punctured, it should be replaced before the next print.
