The official data of the life of the laser head is 10000-20000 hours, but not guaranteed. Overloading may shorten the life of the laser head.

It is ok to work continuously for about 30 minutes, after the laser module cools down for about half of an hour (or one hour for better results), then start work again. Long time continuously work will shorten the laser module's lifetime.

NEJE A40640 vs E40
The NEJE A40640 and E40 have equivalent power, but the A40640 has a focusing feature whereas the E40 has a fixed focus. The A40640 is better suited for engraving while the E40 is better for cutting.
