More info

ANTINSKY Castable Dental Resin is a 405nm UV-sensitive resin designed for producing precise dental wax patterns for casting workflows. It is suitable for compatible LCD and DLP resin 3D printers and is intended for applications such as crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other dental casting patterns.

With wax content up to 40% and low ash residue after burnout, this resin is formulated to support cleaner casting results with smoother surfaces and reduced impurities. Its low shrinkage helps maintain fine details and dimensional accuracy, making it suitable for dental labs that require reliable printed patterns before investment and casting.

The resin also offers good fluidity and print stability, helping reduce release force during printing while improving success rates for detailed dental models and restoration patterns.

Key Features

  • 405nm UV-sensitive castable dental resin
  • 500g bottle size
  • Green resin for dental casting workflows
  • Wax content up to 40%
  • Ash residue below 0.5% after high-temperature burnout
  • Low linear shrinkage of 0.85–1.05%
  • Compatible with 395–405nm LCD and DLP resin printers
  • Suitable for crowns, bridges, and implant restoration casting patterns

Castable Dental Workflow

ANTINSKY Castable Dental Resin is designed for printing wax-like patterns used in dental casting. It can be used to create detailed patterns for crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and similar dental laboratory applications.

The resin is compatible with standard gypsum investment and paraffin casting processes, making it suitable for labs that need a digital workflow for producing accurate castable patterns.

Clean Burnout Performance

With wax content up to 40% and ash residue below 0.5% after high-temperature burnout, the resin is formulated to support clean combustion during the casting process. This helps reduce casting defects such as surface impurities, sand holes, and rough finishing after burnout.

Proper burnout schedule, investment material, printer settings, cleaning, and curing process are still essential for achieving reliable casting results.

High Precision and Low Shrinkage

The resin has a listed linear shrinkage of 0.85–1.05%, helping printed patterns maintain accurate dimensions during printing and curing. This is important for dental restorations where fit, detail reproduction, and edge definition are critical.

Its Shore D hardness of 81 provides enough rigidity for handling, cleaning, and investment preparation while preserving fine printed features.

Stable Printing Performance

With a viscosity of 80–150 cps at 25°C, the resin offers good fluidity for resin vat printing. This helps improve resin flow, reduce release resistance, and support consistent printing of detailed dental patterns.

Proper exposure calibration is recommended for each printer model to achieve the best surface quality and dimensional results.

Dental Lab Applications

This resin is intended for dental casting pattern production, not for direct intraoral use. Printed parts should only be used according to the manufacturer’s intended application and professional dental laboratory procedures.

Do not use printed parts directly in the mouth unless the exact resin has the required biocompatibility certification and official usage instructions for that purpose.

Post-Processing

After printing, parts should be cleaned carefully using a suitable resin cleaning solution or IPA, then dried fully before UV curing. Avoid over-cleaning or prolonged alcohol soaking, as this may affect surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Always handle uncured resin with gloves, work in a well-ventilated area, and keep resin away from skin, eyes, children, pets, and direct sunlight.
