Creality Ender 5 S1 3D Printer

Creality's Ender 5 S1 is a powerful printer from the Ender FDM printer range. With its outstanding properties and features, the printer can complete complex models in the desired quality and in the shortest possible time.

High speed for precise work

With an acceleration of 2000mm/s² and print speeds up to 250mm/s, Ender 5 S1 is suitable for high-speed printing. On the one hand, its robust and stable frame contributes to this: While fast movements are being made, the printer works quietly and with controlled line movements.

On the other hand, each axis is driven by a high-precision stepper motor. A high-torque 42-48 Y-axis motor ensures precise movement, smooth layers and fast Y-axis response. Both Y-axis belts are connected and synchronized with a steel transmission shaft.

Classic design in elegant black for self-assembly

The elegant metal construction is made in the classic Cartesian structure with three axes. The printer comes as a kit with all the necessary parts and needs to be assembled. The assembly is very simple and can be done in 10 minutes.

Stable construction

The outstanding stability of the Ender 5 S1 ensures:

• Two 12mm thick linear shafts on the Z-axis
• Two profile reinforcements in the form of handles
• Two outriggers
• Matrix spring + silicone bed fasteners

"Sprite" direct extruder for better compatibility with filaments

The "Sprite" direct drive dual-gear extruder is an all-metal construction that features two gears and is shifted with a gear ratio of 1:3.5. With an even extrusion force of 80N, the extruder guarantees smooth feeding and dispensing of filaments. In addition, the direct extruder ensures a nozzle temperature of up to 300 °C, which is why it is ideal for printing with flexible filaments such as TPU or strong filaments at high temperatures.

Hotend upgrades for better temperature resistance

A titanium alloy heat break prevents heat creep through lower thermal conductivity. It is temperature resistant up to 300 °C.

A corrugated heatsink is equipped with a silent axial fan. This cools down the surface of the hotend quickly.

The hotend features a 50mm³ melting chamber surrounded by a 4000mm³ heating block. The heating block ensures that the filament melts completely and that extrusion can take place smoothly.

5015 fan for fast cooling of the models

Ender 5 S1 has a large 5015 fan that produces a strong flow of air. This is conducted through specially developed "Urus" air channels, which directly cools and harden freshly printed sections or still-hot models. Warping or sagging due to overdrafts is a thing of the past!

Even nicer details and better support structures can be created!

Print with heat-resistant filaments

Thanks to the high nozzle temperature and good cooling, the printer enables the use of different types of materials:

• Normal filaments: PLA, PETG, TPU
• High-temperature filaments: ABS, PC, ASA, HIPS

Automatic bed levelling with CR Touch over 16 points

With the intelligent CR Touch levelling over 16 points, you can easily compensate for the height of different points of the heating bed automatically and with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.

User-friendly 4.3-inch touchscreen

The 4.3-inch sensitive touch screen with an easy-to-use user interface gives you a very good overview of all features and settings. A big plus: an intelligent PID temperature controller for practical temperature setting and control!

Magnetic PC spring steel plate

The plate has two tabs and a magnetic base, which makes assembly very easy. The frosted PC surface guarantees excellent adhesion of the models. The finished printed object can be immediately removed from the plate by slightly bending it.

Ender 5 S1 is equipped with some practical safety features:
